- You have to make up your mind that you want to workout . Most people have this weird mindset that you have to start eating healthy and going to the gym fours hours a days when you are barely starting .I am here to tell you that isn't true at all because you get to choose your own pace .My saying is that you have to start from somewhere instead of not starting at all .
Step 2 : Start One day at a Time
- You can start by simply going outside your house and taking a walk on your free time or even a jog if your feeling good.Also, there are thing like push ups ,sit ups ,and other exercise that you can do right in your house so you don't have to spend money on workout equipment .It is something that you can do at least three or four time a week when your body is feeling good. These workouts don't have to take a lot of time either .When you start to get more comfortable then it might be time to get a gym membership to further challenge yourself .

Step 3 :Eat less Junk

- You will have to cut down on the amount of junk snacks and fast food .I am not saying to eat healthy because i don't even do that myself .It would benefit you if you do choose to do that but it is expensive to buy healthy food and it takes times to prepare it everyday.You can eat whatever you feel like but just don't do it as often as before .Doing this will make you feel better in your everyday life .
- Step 4 :Being Consistent
- You well have to continue with the step above for a while .The goal is to not get discourage if you don't see result right away because it takes time. People have this weird idea that working out is going to make you look like a model or something .You just have to stay motived to keep going even when you don't feel like .Another great tip is to get a workout buddy so you guys can motive each other to new heights .
- You will get to enjoy your hard work if you keep dedicated to the process .You will be able to tell your family and friends about your fitness story .You will also be able to look in the mirror and remember where you came from .The blog is meant to motive you to join the process .You just be happy with whatever body shape you have .
