How to Blog
So you wanna be a blog superstar. Welcome to the millions of people online who use blogs to whine, give their opinions, inform others, or any number of reasons. Luckily, there are several free online tools available to make it easy for you to begin a hobby in blogging.
STEP ONE: HAVE AN IDEA
Whether you like cans of tuna, balls of string, or little red dots that seem to go wherever they want, writing a blog about something you are interested gives you the opportunity to spread your knowledge and get some of the cred that you deserve. At the same time, you will also be given the opportunity to delve deeper into your subject. Whatever your idea is, blogging about it can really allow you to dig in!
STEP TWO: CHOOSE A BLOG SERVICE
Google does not pay me to promote their services, and there are many services out there who provide free blog space, but the fact is that Google is a pretty convenient service that almost everybody is already signed up for. All you have to do is click the Blogger icon on your widget page (the tiny Rubics-cube like image on the top right of your Google homepage) and you will be on your way. I should note that Google's Blogger app is a little buggy, and you might have to spend some time messing with the HTML source code to get what you want.
STEP THREE: PRESS CREATE NEW BLOG
From the Blogger page, go to the menu on the right to see your blogs. As you can see, I have created many blogs, but your list will be empty. Select "Create New Blog" from the list as seen below.
STEP FOUR: TIDY UP
After you have secured your blogspace, you should put a little work into making your page look like your own. Give your blog a good title and color scheme. Most blog sites, including Google, have customization options that you can use to make your blog represent visually what you are all about. This blog is not about cats.
STEP FIVE: TELL YOUR FRIENDS ABOUT YOUR BLOG
After you have created a few posts that you are proud of, it is time to spread the word about your blog. Tell your friends, particularly your internet friends, about it. If you have secured any internet currency (wins), you may be able to get your blog to a larger group of people. Don't be shy! Say hi!
STEP SIX: BE CONSISTENT
The world is filled with abandoned blogs. One of the most important things to do to make your blog an exciting place to return to is by being consistent. Even if you don't think you have anything to say, force yourself to come up with content on a regular basis so that your readers develop the habit of checking out your blog on a daily or weekly schedule. YOU CAN DO IT!

This definitely helped me get started with my blog. I enjoyed your cat based humor very much, and am glad you kept it going throught the entire article. However, I do wish there were slightly more images of the actual blogger website. But over all you blog was nearly purrrrrrfect.
