Mechanical Engineer Ethnic's

Image result for boeing logoFor me I want to be a mechanical engineer for Boeing. My position is a designer of mechanical components for aircrafts. Plus, knowledge of reverse engineer. I believe that I will be part of team that will do the tasks and projects. The superior is above our team, and will explain what tasks/ projects our team will do and there deadlines. The ones who are below our team could be rookies, students with internships, and more. The good thing about my career is that I will be part of a team the will be involved with commercial, VIP aviation, aerospace, defense, manufacturing, and more.

In a ethnical stand point I will treat my fellow colleagues with respect. We will work in a fair manner in a good atmosphere work environment. To add more for my ethnical responsibilities their will be zero tolerance for treat each other unfair in any manner, don't judge someone(the only judgment is your work performance), and if an employee perform a misconduct will be notify by our superior/ HR . Their will be no hot shots or any individualism, because we treat each other as a team and work as a team. But, in the long run we become a family. If one of our team member seems to be stuck on one of the components of our project/task(like designing, measurements, etc.). We will solve the components correctly, their will be no cheating, false numbers, and slacking off. Our team goal is to follow our superior deadlines and the superior explanations for what type of projects we will be doing. Not only that, but our company agenda to make new designs and materials to improved methods and processes of aerospace innovation. For our team we will follow our company polices, city laws, county laws, state laws and federal laws. The material for our team is going to be (for example)  nontoxic, but if there was a project to use a toxic materials. We will follow the correct steps to used it properly, and at the end dispose it properly. Our team will treat our superior with the up most respect and as equals. Not only this would apply for our superior, but as well for the rookies, students with internships, and more. For the rookies and students with internships we will take them under our wing. We would talk/teach them about the basics, and advance levels in a particular situation. Also, we will answer their questions the best we can.

The story goes, in 1972 a hall of fame baseball player Roberto Clemente bought the aircraft from an airline to aid Nicaragua earthquake disaster. The aircraft left Puerto Rico airport, but all engines failed in take off. The plane crash landed, in which killed all five members that were in the plane including the crew and Roberto Clemente. The cause of this poor tragedy were attributed to poor maintenance, and excessive wear in engine components.

  1. I am also a ME too but I am more of a fan of cars. The blog explained some of the different levels at the company and some responsible that you will have to take care of. You explain what you will be doing a Boeing and how you will fix the problem that comes around. I feel that you should have added more details to the events that happened to the company. Also, can you give more detail when talking about your ethical responsibilities. I have never thought about working for Boeing but you made it sound interesting. I will think about maybe making cars that can drive on water and land and still be able to function completely to where it is safe.
